Terms & Conditions
The short version
- Use the site to learn. Don’t scrape it, resell it, or pass it off as yours.
- The assessment is an estimate based on what you tell us. It is not a qualification, and it is not career advice.
- We do not promise you a job, a salary, or that you will pass any exam.
- Microsoft, AWS, Google and Anthropic are not affiliated with us. We prepare people for their exams; we do not represent them.
- Our content is ours. Your notes and answers stay yours.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and LEGAL ENTITY NAME(“Edukast AI”, “we”). By using edukastai.com you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
You must be at least 16 to use this site.
2. What the service is
Edukast AI publishes educational material about artificial intelligence: topic pages, a prerequisite map, role tracks, practice questions and a free career assessment. It is self-directed study material. It is not a course with a tutor, not accredited, and not a qualification.
We change, add to and remove material as the field moves. We do not guarantee that any particular page or feature will remain available.
3. The assessment, and what it does not mean
The career assessment asks what you have worked with and compares your answers to a published learning route. Read that literally:
- It is built entirely from your own self-assessment. Nothing in it tests whether an answer is true.
- The coverage percentage means “how much of this route you told us you have covered”. It is not a score, a grade, or a measure of ability.
- Time estimates are averages. Yours will differ.
- It is not careers advice, not financial advice, and not a recruitment decision. Do not treat its output as any of those.
We do not promise any outcome. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that you will be hired, promoted, paid a particular amount, or pass any certification exam. Those depend on you, on the market, and on the exam boards.
4. Certification preparation
We publish practice questions written by us to prepare people for third-party certification exams. They are not official, not endorsed by the exam boards, and not real exam questions. Exam boards change their syllabuses without telling us; always check the official outline before you book.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the content.
- Republish or resell our material, in whole or in part, including as training data for a model you distribute.
- Attempt to break, overload or bypass rate limits on the site.
- Submit an email address that is not yours.
- Use the site unlawfully, or to harm anyone.
We may block access if you do any of these. For most of them we will not be able to warn you first.
6. Intellectual property
The written topics, the prerequisite graph, the practice questions, the diagrams, the code and the Edukast AI name and logo are ours or licensed to us. You may read them, link to them, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce them at scale.
Third-party marks. Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Amazon Web Services, Google, Google Cloud, Anthropic, Claude, Databricks, Snowflake and OpenAI are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here to describe the exams and technologies we cover. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
7. What you give us
Answers and notes you submit stay yours. You give us permission to use them to produce your results, to send you what you asked for, and to understand in aggregate what people are stuck on. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Payment
The site is currently free and we take no payments. When paid plans launch, this section must set out price, billing cycle, renewal, refunds and cancellation, and the 14-day statutory withdrawal right for UK and EU consumers.
9. Links to other sites
We link to documentation, papers and exam boards. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, or change it, without notice.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or decisions you take based on the content or the assessment.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or GBP 100.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of JURISDICTION, and the courts of JURISDICTION have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of your local mandatory law.
